Ike Neliaku, Ph.D, Fnipr, F.apra
Ike Neliaku is easily acknowledged as a talented organiser and skillful administrator. He has a combined experience of about 3 decades in public administration, information and communication, governance and development, community advocacy and consensus building, etc. He started with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Jos, followed by Masters and Doctorate degrees in Political Economy and Development Studies, respectively, from the University of Abuja.
He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations since 2005, Fellow, African Public Relations Association; Member Nigeria Institute of Management, and Life Member Society for International Development. Dr. Neliaku worked in the Nigerian public service for over 20 years, holding top level positions in Federal Ministries and The Presidency at different times.
Abubkar B. Jijiwa
Born in Fufore, Ribadu District of Adamawa State, March 15, 1961, Abubakar Bobboyi Jijiwa, MFR, Sardauna Ribadu, graduated from the University of Maiduguri in 1983 with B. Sc. (Hons) Accountancy. He had earlier attended Fufore Central Primary School (1967-1972) and Gen. Murtala Mohammed College, Yola (1973-1977).
He attended several post-graduate courses in Nigeria and abroad including Deutsche Welle Academy, Cologne, Germany 1990 and 1994; Thames Valley University (TVU) Slough, London (2001); State Administration for Radio, Film and Television Training (SARFT) Centre, Beijing, China 2009, European Television and Media Academy (ETMA), Strasbourg, France, 2011, etc.
After his NYSC at the Nigeria Mining Corporation in Jos, Plateau State, Jijiwa served in the Print Media at the New Nigeria Sunday Edition as Staff Correspondent, Member of Editorial Board and Weekly Columnist between 1984-1986.

Barr. Hauwa Evelyn Shekarau
Hauwa is a distinguished Chevening Alumnus, gender advocate, human rights activist, a lawyer with twenty-five years’ post-call experience in legal practice, women’s rights advocacy, conflict resolution, social research and consultancy. She obtained her first-degree training in law from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria Nigeria in 1991 and had her Law School professional training at the Nigeria Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos. She was thereafter called to the Nigerian bar in December, 1992. She trained and obtained a post-graduate law degree (LL.M) in Law and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) of the University of London in 2007. She is a registered member of the International Bar Association, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, Nigerian Bar Association and a Life member of the International
Dr. Okey Ikechukwu, MNI
Dr Okey Ikechukwu, is a life coach, leadership consultant and educationist. A former lecturer in UNILAG, former member/Ag. Chairman of The Guardian Editorial Board and former Chairman Editorial Board of The Comet (now The Nation newspaper, he was SA to the Minister of Transport (2000. - 2003, SA to the Presidential Adviser on Legal and Constitutional (2003 - 2004), S A to Minister of Information (2004 - 2005) and Head of Communication, Federal Ministry of Education.
He is Director of Development Academy, a member of Thisday Editorial Board and consultant to several organizations and governments.
Nasir Zahradeen, a journalist, author and diplomat. One tIme Deputy National President NUJ. Nasir served as Director of Press to 5 Governors of Kano State.
He was also Information Attachè at the Nigeria High Commission London. Nasir was a member of the Presidential Committee on Financial Crimes that metorphosed into EFCC. He also served as SA to the President on Public Affairs.
He is now Chaairman CEO Zahralight (Bottling) Nigeria Limited.
Charles Olalekan Mensah, FCA, CPA, CGMA, MBA, MACHE
Mr. Charles Olalekan Mensah is the Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer (MD/COO), of the Institute of Human Virology Nigeria and also an Ex-officio Director of the Board. He is responsible for the effective and efficient corporate operations of the Institute including administration, finance, contract administration, and supply chain to support treatment, care and support activities for thousands of people living with HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria and other diseases in Nigeria.
Mr. Mensah in this technical and administrative position provides comprehensive oversight for the management of key areas of corporate operations including;
Mrs. Neliaku is a resourceful lady, endowed with immense capacity for planning, teaching and organization.
Her understanding that education is key to rebirthing the virtue of a society and raising a critical building block for sustainable development strengthened her passion to establish Heritage Academy, a leading international school in Abuja, in 2001.
She had a brief working experience with the Nigerian Press Council, after which she went into small business enterprise as a trader. It was partly her trading experience that exposed her to the need to establish the school as her own contribution to correcting the ills of a downward society.
Chief Reuben Boutuaowei Okoya
Chief Reuben Okoya is an accomplished architect and environmental designer, with over thirty years national and international work experience in project design, project management, construction and human resource management.
He was trained at the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma, USA where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design (BSED), and a Master of Architecture (M. Arch) from Florida A and M University, Tallahassee, Florida, USA.
In 2000, Chief Okoya’s experience was deployed as Construction Manager in planning, designing, constructing and infrastructural development of the permanent site of Niger Delta University. Chief Okoya served as Commissioner for Special Projects in Bayelsa State from 2003 to 2007. He distinguished himself by devising, developing, executing and remodeling many pro-poor, environmentally-friendly and wealth-creating
Professor Yakubu Ochefu
Yakubu Aboki Ochefu is an academic, University administrator and entrepreneur. He was born in Kaduna on the 24th of October 1960. He had his primary school education at Army Children School, Dan-Tunku Road, Kaduna and secondary education at St. Gregory’s College, Obalende Lagos. He holds a B.A. Hons. degree in History and Ph.D. Economic History from the University of Calabar and M.A Economic History and Political Economy from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom.
His teaching career spans the University of Calabar, Benue State University and Nasarawa State where he lectured from 1985 to 2012. He is a pioneer staff of Benue State University where he helped establish the History Department
